Performs diagnostic ultrasound procedures and operates imaging equipment while maintaining quality control and assurance standards. Manages patient scheduling, equipment maintenance, and documentation of clinical procedures.
Requires graduation from a specialty training program and certification as a sonographer via ARRT or ARDMS. Must hold a Basic Life Support certification and be capable of performing clinical imaging tasks.
