The CTS Clinical Supervisor provides leadership and clinical supervision to mental health professionals and case managers within the Crisis Triage and Stabilization Program. They ensure regulatory compliance, oversee clinical quality, and coordinate crisis response services including ITA support.
Candidates must meet Washington State Mental Health Professional qualifications and possess experience treating severe mental illness and substance use disorders. Proficiency in crisis intervention, trauma-informed practices, and a willingness to work flexible on-call hours are required.

Reports To: Crisis Wellness Center (CWC) Program Director
The CTS Clinical Supervisor plays a key leadership role in the Crisis Triage and Stabilization (CTS) Program and supports Involuntary Treatment Act (ITA) Services. Working closely with the CWC Program Director, this position provides clinical supervision to mental health professionals, case managers, and other support staff. The Clinical Supervisor ensures regulatory compliance, promotes evidence-based crisis intervention practices, and helps create a safe, supportive environment for individuals in behavioral health crisis.
Salary: $33.04 - 36.23/hr DOE
