The Director of Surgical Services is responsible for the strategic planning, development, and overall operations of surgical services, including operating rooms and anesthesia. They define standards of patient care and ensure the effective utilization of human and material resources to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a current Washington State Registered Nurse license. The role requires at least five years of experience in perioperative nursing and three years of management experience.

For more than 70 years, MultiCare Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital & Health Network has cared for children and families across the South Sound. Anchored by an 82-bed pediatric hospital in Tacoma, Mary Bridge offers a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 24-hour pediatric-only Emergency Department and a state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
