The Patient Services Representative is responsible for patient registration, order entry, phlebotomy, and specimen processing. Additional duties include specimen pick-up, report delivery, and supply management within the laboratory services department.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and hold or be eligible for a Medical Assistant-Phlebotomy certification. Previous experience in phlebotomy and public-facing roles is preferred.
