Organize and deliver pediatric nursing care by prioritizing and delegating tasks according to hospital protocols. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve quality of care and advocate for the ethical, holistic health of diverse patients.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Nursing (or obtained within 5 years of hire) and a current Washington State or Multistate RN license. BLS certification is required, while pediatric and palliative care experience and advanced nursing degrees are preferred.

FTE: 0.01, Shift: Day, Schedule: Variable - will be filling in gaps in schedules and picking up extra shifts
This per diem RN position would primarily support our Pediatric Urgent Care Clinic in Tacoma at James Center, but would also allow you to pick up additional shifts and support our Pediatric Urgent Care Clinics in Gig Harbor and Olympia. Anchored by an 82-bed pediatric hospital in Tacoma, Mary Bridge offers a Level IV Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, a 24-hour pediatric-only Emergency Department and a state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.
