메디컬팀은 대웅제약의 신제품(신약, 개량신약, 제네릭) 및 디지털 헬스 영역까지 전 포트폴리오를 아우르는 과학적 근거를 고객에게 가치있는 방식으로 제공합니다.
학술파트와, 학술교류(신약 MSL) 파트로 구성되어 있으며, 학술파트는 팀원 별로 담당 약효군을 맡아 해당 질환, 치료약제, 가이드라인 등에 정통한 전문가로 성장할 수 있으며, 마케팅 전략에 맞추어 직접 기획하고 제작한 학술 판촉 자료로 비즈니스 목표 달성에 기여하는 경험을 쌓을 수 있습니다. 학술교류(신약 MSL) 파트는 핵심 의료 전문가(KOL)와 직접 교류하며 신약의 근거를 확보 및 전달함으로써 제품의 전략에 반영하는 역할을 합니다. 두 파트 모두 단순한 학술 지원을 넘어 빠르게 변화하는 제약 환경 속에서 차별화된 메디컬 전략가로 성장할 수 있습니다.
1) 자사와 보건의료전문가 사이의 주요 인터페이스 역할을 하며 근거 중심의 의약학 정보를 제공 합니다.
① 국내 의료인에 대한 심층적이고 진보된 질병 및 제품에 대한 전문지식과 과학적 근거 제공
② 과학/의료 전문가와의 상호작용, 의료회의 참석 및 기타 방법을 통해 확인한 과학적 지식과 임상적 통찰력을 수집 및 전달
2) 제품의 가치를 전달할 수 있는 영향력 있는 학술 자료를 제작하고 관리 합니다.
① 객관적이고 최신의 학술 정보를 기반으로 우리 제품의 효과와 안전성을 뒷받침 할 수 있는 자료 수집/제시
② 명확한 키메세지를 포함하고 환자 관리에 도움될 수 있는 학술 자료 제작
③ 약사법과 의약품 정보제공 가이드라인을 준수하도록 학술자료 감수 및 관리
3) 제품과 관련 질환에 대하여 영업/마케팅을 교육하여 역량을 강화시킵니다.
