대웅제약 CH제제팀에서는 우루사, 임팩타민 등 브랜드 품목 연구 개발, 해외 시장 조사를 통한 신제품 개발을 하고 있습니다.

1) 대웅제약 브랜드 품목 (우루사, 임팩타민 등)의 제품 개발을 주도합니다.
① 연구개발 후 1~2년 이내에 발매를 통해 연구원으로서 신제품 발매의 직접적인 성과 창출이 가능함
2) 연구 외에 해외시장 research 를 통해 품목 개발을 주도합니다.
① 시장 조사 통해 해외 최신 트렌드 동향 파악
② 시장성/확장성 있는 트렌드 품목을 도출하여 대웅제약 신제품으로 구현
3) 글로벌 진출 품목군 연구개발을 주도합니다.
① 대웅제약 지사국에 판매되는 브랜드 품목의 현지 규정에 맞게 처방연구개발

[담당 업무]
1. 제제연구
- OTC 및 건강기능식품 제제 연구개발 (정제, 캡슐, 액제 등 제형 설계·개선)
- 기존 브랜드 품목(우루사, 임팩타민 등) 신제품 개발 및 제품화 연구 (시제품 제조, 안정성 평가 및 공정 스케일업 연구 수행)
2. 해외 시장 진출을 위한 연구 개발
- 해외 시장 조사 및 글로벌 OTC/건기식 트렌드 분석(시장성 있는 성분·제형 발굴 및 신제품 기획 제안)
- 해외 지사국 규제 요건에 맞춘 제형 개발 및 허가 대응 연구
[자격 요건]
1. 제약/화학/생명과학등 관련 전공분야 석사 이상
2. 제제 및 분석연구 3년 이상
3. 의약품 제제연구, 스케일업, 생산까지의 경험과 성과를 경험한 자

1. 약사 또는 약학, 생명, 화학등의 전문 분야 박사학위 우대
