Lead and scale revenue growth by acquiring new hospital clients and expanding existing strategic accounts nationwide. Manage business development teams and serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare IT executives regarding staffing and EMR solutions.
Requires over 10 years of experience in healthcare IT staffing or consulting with a proven track record of driving revenue growth in health system environments. Must possess strong executive presence and a deep understanding of hospital operations and clinical workflows.
Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive new business development across health systems and hospital clients
- Expand existing accounts through strategic upsell and cross-sell opportunities (implementations, upgrades, managed services, and support)
- Lead strategic pursuits, RFP responses, proposals, and go-to-market initiatives
- Build and maintain executive-level relationships to generate long-term revenue growth
Client Strategy & Healthcare IT Expertise
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, leveraging knowledge of Epic and healthcare IT environments
- Translate clinical, operational, and IT needs into effective staffing and consulting solutions
- Stay current on Epic trends, implementation roadmaps, and workforce challenges
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead and grow Business Development and Account Management teams
- Establish performance metrics, pipeline management, and revenue targets
- Foster a high-performance, client-first, and collaborative culture
- Partner with Operations and HR to align delivery capabilities with growth strategy
Required:
- 10+ years in healthcare IT staffing, consulting, or services, with leadership experience
- Proven success driving new business development and revenue growth within health systems
- Direct experience supporting hospital/health system environments
- Strong understanding of hospital operations, clinical workflows, and IT initiatives
- Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
Preferred:
- Experience supporting Epic implementations or large-scale healthcare IT initiatives
- Background in clinician-led or healthcare-focused organizations
- Familiarity with multi-state workforce delivery and compliance
