Previous experience in customer service, SAC, or call centers, along with knowledge of CRM systems and basic Office software, is required.
O Agente de Atendimento é responsável por realizar o atendimento aos pacientes, cuidadores, profissionais de saúde, farmácias e hospitais por meio dos diversos canais de relacionamento, garantindo uma experiência positiva, acolhedora e alinhada às normas regulatórias do setor farmacêutico. O profissional atuará na triagem, registro e encaminhamento adequado das demandas, assegurando a qualidade das informações e o cumprimento dos procedimentos operacionais.
Modelo de Trabalho: 100% presencial (zona sul/SP)
Horário de Trabalho: Segunda a sexta-feira, 11h40 às 18h00
Responsabilidades
- Realizar atendimento majoritariamente via telefone e demais canais de contato, quando necessário.
- Registrar de forma precisa e completa todas as interações nos sistemas corporativos.
- Identificar e classificar demandas como dúvidas, solicitações, reclamações, queixas técnicas e possíveis eventos adversos.
- Coletar informações obrigatórias para registros relacionados à farmacovigilância e qualidade.
- Encaminhar as demandas para as áreas responsáveis, conforme fluxos definidos.
- Fornecer orientações claras e seguras sobre produtos, processos e canais oficiais da empresa.
- Identificar situações críticas e direcioná-las à supervisão quando necessário.
- Preservar a confidencialidade das informações tratadas durante o atendimento.
- Participar de treinamentos, reciclagens e atualizações relacionadas aos produtos e processos da operação.
- Contribuir para os indicadores de qualidade, produtividade e satisfação do cliente.
Requisitos
- Ensino Superior completo ou cursando, nas áreas de Farmácia, Biologia, Enfermagem, Biomedicina ou outras áreas da saúde.
- Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente, SAC ou Call Center.
- Desejável experiência em operações do segmento farmacêutico, saúde ou áreas reguladas.
- Conhecimento em sistemas de atendimento e CRM.
- Conhecimento do Excel e Pacote Office.
- Capacidade de registro e documentação de informações com precisão.
- Noções de LGPD e tratamento de dados confidenciais.
- Comunicação clara e empática.
- Escuta ativa.
- Organização e atenção aos detalhes.
- Agilidade e capacidade de multitarefas.
