The Fitness Coach designs and delivers personalized fitness programs and small group training sessions to improve member retention and acquisition. They are also responsible for conducting fitness assessments and maintaining a clean, organized club environment.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, CPR/AED certifications, and a degree or certification from a nationally accredited industry association. At least one year of experience as a Personal Trainer or Fitness Coach is required.
