The role involves managing front desk operations, coordinating administrative functions, and providing professional customer service to residents and visitors. Key duties include handling communications, maintaining records, and managing facility supplies and scheduling.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and at least one year of experience with Microsoft Office and office equipment. Three years of clerical experience is preferred.
Under supervision of the Health Services Administrator, assists administration, operations, leadership and others with running our front desk and general administrative functions and needs. Coordinates work with the Heath Center department and other departments as required. As a representative and team member of Health Center department, this position is expected to present oneself in a manner that reflects professionalism and ensures customer satisfaction.
Hours: Full-Time, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday
Pay Rate: $18.00 to $21.00 per hour
