The Workforce Planning, Associate is an execution-focused role responsible for supporting day-to-day workforce management activities across key business units. This individual will serve as the operational backbone of the Workforce Planning team — running recurring analyses, running day to day operational support end to end, and ensuring workforce data is accurate, current, and actionable. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone early in their WFM career who wants to build a foundation across forecasting, capacity planning, and analytics in a dynamic, data-driven environment.
You'll have direct ownership of meaningful work from day one — not just supporting someone else's projects, but managing real business unit relationships and building skills across the full workforce planning lifecycle. This role is designed to grow with you, with clear line of sight into more senior responsibilities as you develop.
To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our Minneapolis office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.
