Candidates must hold an Associate Degree in Nursing and a current Florida RN license, with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within three years. Applicants are required to have one to two years of critical care experience and must possess or obtain BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Position Overview
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager, the ICU Registered Nurse provides comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to critically ill surgical and trauma patients. The RN utilizes advanced assessment, clinical judgment, and critical care skills to manage complex patient needs while promoting exceptional outcomes and patient safety. The Registered Nurse is expected to perform all staff nurse responsibilities and may serve as Charge Nurse when assigned.
