The Admissions Liaison coordinates the admission process for inpatients and outpatients, handling referrals and validating patient information. They are responsible for pre-certifications, assembling consent packets, and maintaining accurate patient listings within the hospital system.
Preferred candidates are licensed clinicians with a current state professional license and CPR certification. A minimum of one year of experience in hospital admissions procedures and clinical experience with multidisciplinary care is preferred.
