The RN is responsible for identifying patient needs through assessment and planning and delegating care accordingly. They evaluate patient responses to care and are accountable for outcomes during their assigned shift.
Candidates must be a graduate of a state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure. BLS certification is required by the end of orientation, and ACLS is required within one year of hire.

Education: Graduate of state board School of Nursing with current Alabama or multi-state licensure
Experience: Experience preferred; new graduates accepted.
Additional Skill/Abilities: BLS required before the conclusion of the orientation period. ACLS within one year of hire.
