The Case Manager will provide housing support services, including case management, crisis intervention, and supportive counseling to residential and non-residential clients. They are also responsible for conducting intakes, assessments, and maintaining accurate client records while ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
Applicants must have completed post-secondary education in a related field and possess a thorough knowledge of issues impacting vulnerable populations. Experience in a residential setting and CPR certification are preferred, along with a valid Ontario driver's license.

How You Will Make an Impact
The successful candidate will extend our mission to residential and non-residential clients through the provision of respectful and appropriate housing support services. This may include case management, crisis intervention and supportive counseling. The incumbent must be able to work independently in a challenging and rewarding values-based environment. This position is within a residential program and will include duties such as cleaning, pushing and pulling.
