The BCBA will conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans for pediatric patients. They are also responsible for overseeing RBT implementation, providing clinical supervision, and delivering caregiver training.
Candidates must hold an active BCBA certification and North Carolina licensure. A Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field is required, along with at least one year of experience working with children on the autism spectrum.
