The Junior Test Engineer will support test development, fixture maintenance, and yield troubleshooting for assigned products within the manufacturing cell. They will also document test methods, contribute to CAPA investigations, and ensure compliance with ISO 13485 and FDA quality standards.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Electrical Engineering or Electrical Engineering Technology. The role requires 0-3 years of experience and foundational skills in test, measurement, data analysis, and circuitry.

SECTION 1
Everett Operations is intentionally transforming how engineering supports the factory – moving from reactive, daily firefighting to a preventive, capability-driven model. This position would be a developing test engineer supporting an assigned product cell, added to relieve the overallocated test-engineering coverage. Builds first-pass-yield and test-development depth under the guidance of senior engineers and the Principal/Metrologist.
SECTION 2
Knowledge & Expertise: Applies established engineering principles, standards, and procedures to defined problems. Building functional depth in the assigned discipline.
Complexity & Problem-Solving: Solves problems of limited-to-moderate scope using prescribed methods; analyzes defined situations with established precedent.
Autonomy & Supervision: Works under general supervision; receives detailed instruction on new work and guidance on most tasks. Work is reviewed for soundness of judgment and accuracy.
Impact & Scope: Decisions affect own assignments and the immediate work cell; errors are typically contained and detected within the cell.
Influence & Interaction: Interacts primarily within the team and assigned cell; explains information to peers and technicians.
Adjacent levels: Growth path to Engineer II (P16) as autonomy, problem complexity, and cell ownership increase.
