The Manager, Global Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) role is accountable for the global EHS governance framework, management system effectiveness, enterprise standards, assurance activities, risk visibility, and EHS capability development across TBCT. Reporting to the Director, Sustainability & ESG, with dotted line reporting to Regional Manufacturing Leaders, the role serves as the senior functional authority for EHS and ensures consistent implementation of company expectations while site leadership and EHS teams retain accountability and responsibility for day-to-day EHS performance.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Own and maintain global EHS standards, policies, procedures, and governance requirements.
Develop and implement a global EHS management system and ensure alignment with ISO 45001 principles and applicable regulatory requirements.
Develop and implement an EHS audit, assurance, and assessment program, including audit planning, execution oversight, corrective action governance, and effectiveness reviews.
Own enterprise EHS metrics, reporting processes, dashboards, and executive-level performance reviews.
Own the serious incident escalation and review process, including executive communications, root cause review, lessons learned, and corrective action verification.
Provide independent visibility of significant EHS risks to executive leadership and facilitate risk-based decision making.
Lead global EHS capability development and establish minimum competency expectations for EHS professionals and site leadership.
Lead the development and implementation of global EHS strategy and governance programs.
Provide functional leadership to Site EHS Leaders through a strong dotted-line relationship.
Partner with Regional Manufacturing Leaders to ensure consistent deployment of standards and expectations.
Support regulated manufacturing operations including cleanrooms, sterilization, and other critical processes.
Coordinate global audits, site assessments, regulatory inspections, and management reviews.
Partner with the Global Business Continuity Manager to strengthen organizational resilience and emergency preparedness.
Support Sustainability & ESG reporting through EHS data and technical expertise.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Engineering or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Experience
Minimum 10 years’ experience.
SKILLS
Strong knowledge of EHS regulations, industry best practices, and risk management principles.
Ability to develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives using Lean methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze data for informed decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Demonstrated ability to work across geographies and cultures.
Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing business priorities.
Proficiency in EHS-related software and Microsoft Office Suite.
LOCATION
Lakewood, Colorado or Remote.
TRAVEL
U.S. and international travel may be required up to 25%.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Typical Office Environment requirements include: reading, speaking, hearing, close vision, traverse, bending, sitting, and occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.

Target Pay Range: $114,900.00 to $143,600.00 - Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data Target Bonus on Base: 10.0%
