Schedule:
Day Shift - Must be available to work between 6 AM and 4:30 PM
Weekend and Holiday rotations required

Transports medications and supplies to pharmacies, enables partners to perform their duties in an effective manner, and maintains inventory and a clean pharmacy environment.

Essential Functions:
Complies with USP 795, 797, and 800, and relevant regulatory standards for medication handling. Contributes to training of new pharmacy assistants when appropriate.
Transports medications and supplies safely, timely, and accurately to their designated destinations.
Performs drug inventories, rotations, and stock management, including sorting, unpacking, and restocking medications.
Adheres to isolation and radiation precautions and utilizes proper body mechanics when handling medications.
Communicates using customer-friendly phone skills and appropriately directs customer concerns.
Maintains a clean and orderly pharmacy and maintains accurate and timely documentation of completed tasks in designated record keeping systems.
Education Requirement:
High school diploma or equivalent, required.
Skills:
Detail oriented.
Experience:
Six months of previous pharmacy or customer service experience, preferred.
