The pharmacy technician assistant is responsible for transporting medications and supplies while maintaining accurate inventory and a clean pharmacy environment. They must also ensure compliance with regulatory standards and provide support to pharmacy partners.
Candidates must be registered with the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy as a Pharmacy Technician Trainee or Registered. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and certification (PTCB or ExCPT) must be obtained within six months of hire.
