Provide personal care and maintain a safe, structured environment for adult patients with mental health and addiction challenges. Conduct regular safety checks, document clinical information, and facilitate rehabilitative groups to support treatment goals.
A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a preference for six months of experience working with behavioral health populations. Candidates must obtain CPR, de-escalation, and restraint certifications.
PURPOSE STATEMENT:
Responsible for providing personal care services to patients at the facility under the direction of clinical or nursing leadership. Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
· Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Six months or more experience working with the specific population of the facility preferred.
· CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
· First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.

That includes focused care for those whose primary psychiatric diagnosis is accompanied by co-occurring addiction. Our expert clinical services include thorough assessments, personalized treatment plans, various forms of therapy, life skills instruction, and detailed discharge planning. All care is provided by multidisciplinary teams of experienced and compassionate professionals in an atmosphere of dignity and respect.
