As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our centre. We are looking for a proactive individual who is passionate about contributing to a positive patient experience in a specialised healthcare environment. Truong Rehabilitation Center is committed to enhancing the recovery and quality of life for individuals through personalised therapy and comprehensive rehabilitation programmes.
Salary: $45,000 - $98,000 USD per annum
Responsibilities
Managing the reception area, greeting patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanour.
Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments, therapy sessions, and staff meetings.
Handling all incoming telephone calls and email enquiries, providing accurate information or directing them to the appropriate person.
Maintaining and managing patient records with the utmost confidentiality and in compliance with data protection regulations.
Providing comprehensive administrative support to our team of therapists and medical professionals.
Assisting with patient billing, processing payments, and liaising with insurance providers.
Managing office supplies, including inventory checks and placing orders to ensure resources are always available.
Preparing reports, memos, and other documents as required.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Experience within a healthcare or clinical setting is highly desirable.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and patient-focused approach.
A strong understanding of the importance of confidentiality and discretion.
The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Familiarity with medical terminology or patient management software would be an advantage.
