Job Description
THE POSITION:
The Director, Legal & Compliance Business Enablement and Analytics is a senior business enablement leader embedded within the Chief Legal and Compliance Office. This role serves as a trusted and reliable knowledge resource and executor for the Legal and Compliance organization, with a strong understanding of in-house legal and compliance functions and how they support enterprise growth, innovation, and risk management.
As EVERSANA continues to scale and face increased legal and regulatory complexity—including AI- and data-enabled solutions and expanded regulatory engagement—this role provides centralized ownership of execution, enablement, and analytics across Legal and Compliance. The position enhances operational discipline, expands execution capacity, and improves enterprise transparency, allowing legal and compliance leadership to operate as proactive, solution-oriented business partners.
The role is hands-on and analytically driven, responsible for delivering analysis, supporting and leading cross-functional initiatives, and creating, maintaining, and reporting on impactful metrics and KPIs that provide visibility into workload, prioritization, risk, and key enterprise initiatives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Our employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:
Business Enablement and Cross-Functional Execution
Drive execution of enterprise-level legal and compliance initiatives across business lines and geographies
Translate strategy into coordinated workstreams with clear ownership, sequencing, and follow-through
Embed Legal and Compliance early in growth and AI initiatives to support speed, alignment, and risk management
Operational Discipline and Transformation
Establish structure around intake, prioritization, and execution of enterprise-level requests
Coordinate regulatory authority submissions and responses to agency-driven and customer audit inquiries
Track deadlines and milestones for critical priorities, including litigation and regulatory matters
Analytics, Reporting, and Executive Communications
Build analytics to support workload visibility, prioritization, and risk tracking
Develop executive reporting tied to legal, compliance, and innovation initiatives
Prepare presentations and materials that support enterprise decision-making and leadership alignment
Financial and Resource Management
Partner with the Chief Legal Officer on budget planning, forecasting, and spend management
Track and analyze outside counsel and matter-level costs
Support data-driven resourcing and investment decisions
Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
All other duties as assigned.
