The RN provides urgent treatment to patients suffering from trauma, injury, or severe medical conditions. Responsibilities include comprehensive patient assessment, establishing care plans, and coordinating safe, effective care delivery.
Requires an Associate's or Vocational degree and a valid Registered Nurse license for MN or WI. Must hold BLS certification and obtain TNCC certification within one year of hire.
High Commitment Casual position
12-hour day/evening/night shifts
Minimum work commitment: Non-prime time: four pre-scheduled shifts per four-week schedule plus on-call every fourth weekend. Prime-time: (Memorial Day through Labor Day, and December 20th-January 2nd of each year): 6 pre-scheduled shifts per four-week schedule plus on-call every fourth weekend.
Nursing is the diagnosis and treatment of human response to actual or potential health problems. This includes establishing an intentional therapeutic relationship between a registered nurse and a patient and family. As a leader and the integrator of care, the professional nurse has the responsibility, authority, and accountability for planning, coordinating and evaluating the patient’s care needs.
Treats patients who are suffering from trauma, injury or severed medical conditions that require urgent treatment.
