The Program Supervisor manages daily operations, including staff training, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service delivery for individuals with disabilities. They provide hands-on direct care, mentorship, and oversight to ensure the safety and personal growth of those served.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, with a two-year degree or two years of experience in the developmental disabilities field preferred. A valid driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Currently offering a $500 sign on bonus for select programs
The Program Supervisor is responsible for coordination and management of the daily operations of the overall services in assigned programs. The two priority areas of responsibility include ensuring orientation and ongoing training of employees and ensuring all aspects of the program are developed, implemented, coordinated, and monitored to the highest degree possible. This entry-level supervisory role is ideal for candidates with at least two years of experience in the IDD field. The position centers on hands-on direct care while offering exposure to light supervisory duties as you grow in the role.
