Perform quality control inspections on R&D prototypes using precision metrology tools and interpret engineering drawings to verify conformance. Manage the R&D metrology laboratory, including equipment qualification, calibration tracking, and documentation of inspection reports.
Requires a high school diploma with 4 years of relevant experience, or preferably an associate degree in a technical field with 2+ years of quality control experience. Must have strong proficiency in GD&T, precision measurement tools, and familiarity with medical device regulatory standards like ISO 13485.

As an R&D Quality Control Technician, you will play a critical hands-on role in supporting product development by inspecting prototypes and maintaining the accuracy and capability of the R&D metrology laboratory.
This position is full-time onsite in Austin, Texas, supporting cross-functional engineering teams with precision measurement and quality inspection expertise.
