About this Position

In the role of Medical Network Customer Care, you can play a role in these efforts by answering inbound calls and emails to assist injured workers, policyholders, agents, providers, and other partners, in locating network providers, scheduling appointments and resolving inquiries to our workers' compensation network. You would also ensure our online provider information is current through credentialing efforts and audits.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Your Goals:
Answer phone calls and emails from injured workers, policyholders, agents, providers, and other partners and resolve moderately complex to complex inquires related to our workers’ compensation network.
Use online systems to locate in-network providers, schedule appointments, and approve requests for out of network treatment.
Send notification letters to customers when coverage changes occur.
Enter complaints for network grievances into internal database.
Manage credentialing of medical providers or groups for participation in our network.
Update our network's online provider directory with physician photos and biographies.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least two years of related work experience
Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute

Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish

The base pay range is based on the market evaluation of the job and may include pay for multiple levels. Individual base pay within the range is determined by a variety of factors, including experience, performance, education, and demonstration of skills and competencies required for each role. Your recruiter can discuss the full value of our total compensation package with you, including our generous bonus plans and flex-hybrid work model.
Base Pay Range: $22.98 - $28.39 Per Hour
