Requirements
Requires an active Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license and mandatory experience with MDS regulations and submission processes. Proficiency in electronic medical records and CPR/First Aid certification are also required.

What You'll Do
Coordinate and complete all MDS assessments and resident care plans Ensure timely, accurate documentation and regulatory compliance Lead interdisciplinary care plan meetings with residents and families Monitor CMS Quality Measures and identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, social services, and rehabilitation teams Support Medicare reimbursement accuracy through complete documentation Participate in QAPI initiatives and survey readiness Assist with policy development, clinical documentation, and quality improvement initiatives Help maintain compliance with federal and state regulations
QualificationsJob Qualifications
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Maryland Proficiency with electronic medical records CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain) MDS experience required Strong knowledge of MDS regulations and submission process Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
