Candidates must be a Registered Nurse with a current license in the Commonwealth of Virginia and have a valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle. At least one year of home health experience is preferred, along with proficiency in OASIS and Homecare Homebase.

James River Home Health is actively seeking a compassionate and dedicated PRN Home Health RN Case Manager to support our patients in the Prince William territory. In this role, you will manage a caseload of patients in their homes while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure a seamless, high-quality care experience.
Compensation: $43.27 - $52.88 per hour for orientation, training, required meetings, and in-service education
This is a PRN position with eligible compensation on a per-visit basis. Visit rates vary by visit type and will be reviewed with candidates during the interview process.

As needed, staff may be assigned to make patient visits after normal business hours. We offer skilled nursing services and to the extent that appropriate professional staff are either hired or contracted.
