Provide personal care services including bathing, dressing, and feeding to hospice patients in their homes. Monitor and report changes in patient physical condition and vital signs to the Case Manager.
Must be a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) licensed by the Virginia Department of Health Professions and a graduate of an accredited nursing school. Requires at least one year of experience as a CNA or Hospice Aide, a valid driver's license, and a reliable insured vehicle.

Territory: Farmville
Compensation: $18.00–$22.00 per hour for orientation, training, required meetings, and in-service education.
This is a PRN position compensated primarily on a per-visit basis. Visit rates vary by visit type and will be reviewed with candidates during the interview process.
