The Clinic Manager will oversee daily clinical operations, manage facility budgets, and ensure regulatory compliance at a 22-station dialysis center. They are also responsible for mentoring staff, maintaining safe nurse-to-patient ratios, and fostering a culture of accountability and high-quality patient care.
Candidates must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with a current Texas RN license and at least 12 months of nursing experience. A minimum of 6 months of dialysis or ESRD patient care experience is required, with 3-5 years of clinical management experience preferred.
