What you DO
Manage and collect balances on LOP and lien-based accounts
Communicate with attorneys, law firms, and clients regarding payments and case status
Track accounts and follow up until payment is received
Negotiate settlements within company guidelines
Maintain accurate records and meet collection goals
What you BRING
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s preferred)
2+ years of LOP and/or A/R collections experience
Experience with lien-based accounts and settlements
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Proficiency with collections software and Microsoft Office
Experience with legal claims or law firms preferred
Bilingual (Spanish/English) a plus
