The Front Desk Associate manages the patient experience by welcoming visitors, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a professional reception area. Additionally, they handle administrative tasks, clinic cleanliness, and support therapists with patient care and supply inventory.
A high school diploma is required, while an associate degree is preferred. Candidates must possess strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and the physical capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
