Oversee the physical condition, maintenance, and operational efficiency of all company sites through regular inspections and preventive programs. Manage vendor relationships, facility budgets, and lease administration while ensuring compliance with safety and building codes.
Requires 3-5 years of experience in facilities management or building operations with technical knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems. A valid driver's license is mandatory, and a degree in Facilities Management or Engineering is preferred.

Compensation
$90,000 - $120,000 per year. Negotiable based on skills and experience.
