The Registered Nurse provides critical care and continuous monitoring for a diverse surgical patient population, including vascular and cardiac cases. Responsibilities include implementing nursing care plans, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and mentoring staff to ensure patient safety.
Candidates must have at least two years of RN experience within the last five years and a current PA or multi-state RN license. Required certifications include CPR and various criminal background and child abuse clearances.

The Registered Nurse assesses human responses and plans, implements and evaluates nursing care for individuals or families for whom the nurse is responsible. The Registered Nurse is fully responsible for all actions as a licensed nurse and is accountable to patients for the quality of care delivered.
