The Respiratory Therapist provides clinical respiratory care, including ventilator and tracheostomy management, to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate medical records and serving as a personal support and life coach for the individuals served.
Candidates must hold a current Pennsylvania Respiratory Therapist license (CRT or RRT). One year of current respiratory experience, particularly with ventilator care, is preferred.
