The therapist will perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and maintain up-to-date treatment plans for clients. They will also provide patient visits and collaborate with case management and psychiatric teams to ensure quality care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Work with one year of experience or a Master's degree in Social Work or Professional Counseling. A valid driver's license and appropriate state licensure (LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, etc.) are required.
