The Memory Care Support Partner is responsible for providing empathetic care and creating meaningful human connections with residents throughout their daily routines. They must also document resident conditions accurately and assist in maintaining the physical environment to ensure a supportive living experience.
Candidates must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to communicate effectively in English. The role requires physical stamina to assist residents with mobility and the ability to use computer systems for documentation.
