The RN I is responsible for assessing patient clinical needs against guidelines to ensure appropriate levels of care and length of stay. They coordinate high-quality, cost-effective care and manage the transition through the continuum of care for members.
Requires a minimum of two years of clinical experience and an active unrestricted NJ or Compact RN license. A high school diploma is required, while a bachelor's degree is preferred.
