The Scheduling Coordinator manages client and caregiver schedules to ensure all shifts are properly staffed while maintaining compliance with billing and payroll processes. They also serve as a primary point of contact for clients and caregivers, handling inquiries and performing administrative office duties.
Candidates must have direct patient hands-on care experience and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The role requires availability for after-hours on-call duties and the flexibility to work in the field as needed.
