The Operations Manager oversees the daily clinical and managerial operations of a cardiology practice while implementing strategic plans. They are responsible for budget management, staff supervision, and fostering a collaborative environment to ensure high-quality patient care.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or business-related field and possess an active Registered Nurse license. A minimum of four years of experience in physician office or healthcare management is preferred, along with Basic Life Support certification.

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
Manage a busy Cardiology Practice and provide oversight for the daily operations and implementation of strategic and operational plans for site location(s).
Provide assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the practice activity while promoting collaboration among all members of the health care team.
Work jointly with Operations Director in the operation of the practice site in responding to both clinical and managerial needs.
Prepare, manage, and control budget.
Monitor and analyzes any variances.
Oversee staffing, interviews, and performance appraisals, and create an atmosphere and conditions that are conducive to and foster motivation of employees.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree Healthcare, Business or Related Field - Required
Master's Degree Healthcare Administration (Business) - Preferred
Registered Nurse (RN) active license - Required
Basic Life Support Program (BLS) - American Heart Association - Required
4 years Physician Office Management/Healthcare Management - Preferred
