The Plant Manager is responsible for overseeing all facility operations, including production, quality, maintenance, logistics, and safety. They will manage the P&L, build and lead the facility team, and ensure the efficient distribution of linen to healthcare partners.
Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience leading plant or production operations in a high-volume environment. Proficiency in P&L management, team development, and Lean or continuous improvement methodologies is required.
