The Family Nurse Practitioner provides evidence-based care, diagnosis, and treatment for patients of all ages in an urgent care setting. They are responsible for performing clinical procedures, managing patient documentation, and collaborating with the clinic team to ensure operational excellence.
Candidates must hold a Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program and possess an active FNP license in Illinois and/or Indiana. Proficiency in treating patients across the lifespan and strong procedural skills are required.

The Role
The Family Nurse Practitioner serves as a key clinical leader within the clinic, providing evidence-based care services while fostering an exceptional patient experience. This role partners closely with Medical Assistants, Radiologic Technologists, leadership, and physicians to deliver efficient, high-quality care that aligns with MEC's standards for service, safety, and operational excellence.
Our providers are expected to balance clinical expertise with strong communication, teamwork, and a hospitality-minded approach to patient care.

The expected salary range for this position is $125,000-130,000, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
