Maintain meticulous project records, including daily inspector diaries, workbooks, materials notebooks, and as-built plans.
Take precise field measurements of pay items, track pay quantities, and assist with or prepare monthly progress estimates.
Evaluate progress schedules, perform work order analyses, and aid in the development of work orders or investigations into Notices of Intent.
