(CPT) is seeking a Director of Human Resources to provide strategic leadership for CPT's human resources function, ensuring the company attracts, develops, engages, and retains exceptional talent while supporting continued organizational growth. Reporting to the President and CEO, this position partners with executive leadership to align people strategies with business objectives, lead HR operations, and fosters a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement. The Director serves as a strategic advisor and advocate for the company, balancing employee needs with business objectives and organizational priorities. The successful candidate will balance sound business judgment with genuine care for people, earning the trust of employees and leaders alike while helping the organization navigate growth, develop its leaders, and build a high-performing culture.
