Le(la) Conseiller(ère) devra agir comme expert(e) en offrant des services conseils ainsi qu'un accompagnement de haut niveau auprès de la gouvernance et autres instances décisionnelles dans l'élaboration de stratégies reliées aux technologies de l'information dans le cadre du déploiement de la transformation numérique en santé.
Accompagner et agir en rôle-conseil auprès de hautes instances décisionnelles pour le développement et la mise en oeuvre de la transformation en santé;
Collaborer avec les équipes internes et externes pour intégrer les nouvelles technologies, gérer les risques et s'assurer du bon déroulement de la mise en oeuvre
Soutenir les équipes dans la résolution d'impasses;
Rédiger des documents dans le cadre de mandats complexes et d'envergure;
Émettre des recommandations aux firmes d'approbation, en rédigeant, coordonnant ou commentant des rapports d'analyse, des états de situation, des directives ou des décisions administratives;
Assurer l'animation et la coordination de comité ou des rencontres de niveau tactique et stratégique;
Agir en tant qu'expert dans son domaine auprès d'équipes multidisciplinaires;
Transfert de connaissance à la fin de chaque projet et en fin de mandat.
Diplôme universitaire de premier cycle (baccalauréat) dans le domaine des technologies de l’information ou autre domaine pertinent. L'équivalence du MIFI est exigée pour tout diplôme obtenu hors du Québec;
Minimum de QUINZE (15) ans d'expérience en gestion et/ou en transformations majeure;
Minimum de DIX (10) ans d'expérience dans des responsabilités similaire;
Certification CMC.
