Design, develop, test, implement, and support .NET-based applications while administering and optimizing database environments to ensure performance, security, reliability, and data integrity. Collaborates with stakeholders to analyze requirements, implement system enhancements, troubleshoot issues, and support the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and sustainment to serve to serve as the Net Application Developer/Database Administrator for the U.S. Department of Transportation’s Office of the Secretary (OST), Working Capital Fund (WCF), Office of Facilities, Information, and Asset Management.
