Provide operational support for the IRS Enterprise API Gateway to ensure high availability and reliable performance. Responsibilities include monitoring environments, responding to incidents, and managing security patches and disaster recovery testing.
Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with over 5 years of experience supporting enterprise production systems. Candidates must have expertise in API Gateway environments, ServiceNow, and incident management, and must be able to obtain an IRS Public Trust clearance.
