Responsible for the daily cleaning and sanitization of kitchen floors, walls, equipment, and food and beverage venues. Manages ware washing operations and ensures all equipment is properly stored and maintained according to health standards.
Must be able to read simple instructions, perform basic math, and meet the physical demands of lifting up to 100 lbs. Candidates must qualify for licensing with the Pennsylvania State Racing Commission and the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.

Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
