The employee is responsible for inspecting, organizing, and stacking finished products while ensuring accurate counts for distribution. They must also maintain sanitary standards, perform equipment changeovers, and prepare pallets for shipment.
Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent and basic analytical skills. Previous experience in food manufacturing is desired, along with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
