The Sanitation Supervisor leads the sanitation team to ensure full plant compliance with food safety, sanitation standards, and personnel safety. They are responsible for managing master sanitation schedules, overseeing chemical control, and coordinating with quality assurance to validate cleaning effectiveness.
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor of Science degree or at least 2 years of experience in sanitation programs, along with 2+ years of supervisory experience. Certifications such as HACCP and PCQI are preferred, as is experience with FDA and GFSI regulatory requirements.
